I have been going to Mirage beauty salon for the last 2 years for my eyebrows, and my electrolysis technician is Paola. The salon follows proper hygiene protocol, the equipment is up to date and the salon itself is clean and looks new. The pricing is reasonable and affordable compared to other electrolysis salons in GTA. I have never had any issue so far with the service offered and a plus side is that they have multiple locations, and technicians, so you always have options to choose from. Paolo is very friendly and professional. She takes time to listen to her customers and explains the process of electrolysis and how it works to permanently remove hair. She continuely made sure to manage her customers expectations and that they are aware of the outcomes and limitations of committing to electrolysis. Paolo is also trustworthy business professional. She has shown to me that she cares about her customers.
